On November 15, 2007, Rebuilding Together celebrated another record year of service to Summit County low-income elderly and disabled homeowners at a banquet at Chenoweth Golf Club near Akron. During its 2006-2007 program year, RT provided 297 units of service to 190 unique homeowners thanks to the support and hard work of so many volunteers, donors, and partner agencies throughout Summit County.

Rebuilding Together has begun preparations for Rebuilding Day 2008 which is scheduled for April 26, 2008. This year, Rebuilding Together intends to serve 15 new homeowners across Summit County with the help of 450+ volunteers.
Rebuilding Day typically provides more than $60,000 in paid services to recipient homeowners in addition to more than $100,000 in donated labor and materials each year.
For the second year in a row, Rebuilding Together will be conducting its Annual Online Auction, "Raising to Rebuild." The auction is designed to coincide with the great work volunteers are doing during the week before and after Rebuilding Day and helps the organization provide support needed for the day.
